The Story
After nearly a decade of producing high-profile events and activations, Thought Process sought to expand into new markets by activating the untapped equity of its brand.
Liz and Jared were engaged to develop a growth-focused strategic roadmap anchored in a refreshed brand narrative. Through a series of Brand Insight Mapping sessions with clients, partners, and employees, Liz and Jared identified key inconsistencies between perception and leadership’s vision.
Those insights informed a new narrative framework and brand charter to guide messaging, positioning, and growth across social, email, and in-person engagement,
The engagement culminated in Pitch to Pitch, a first-of-its-kind cross-industry convening bridging themed entertainment and global sports. Conceived and produced by Liz, the event brought together leaders from industries for a fireside chat that established Thought Process as a connector at the intersection of two powerful sectors.
The Outcome
The program generated high-value leads and new partnership opportunities in a niche but influential industry, establishing Thought Process as a community-building force at the intersection of themed entertainment and global sport.
